A good coach is the ultimate sounding board and trusted advisor - to leaders, companies & individuals, providing clear, unbiased support, perspective and solutions on how to make changes, attain specific goals, and resolve issues or blocks.
My coaching provides a dynamic, flexible and collaborative framework for the company, team or person I am working with to discover their own inner voice, values, talents and goals. As well as recognising their weak spots and blocks which are causing issues.
Within that framework, I act as a spontaneous catalyst to improvement or change by listening, questioning, challenging, reflecting back and reframing their thoughts and developing genuine goals and workable strategies.
No matter who I work with, my underlying focus is always to get to a place of truth, knowledge, understanding which always leads to learning, development and improvement.
My coaching has been online since 2016 in response to client needs. I use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Skype & Zoom to run all my sessions, board meetings & workshops.
