Rachel Shelmerdine - Background

My core ethos is:  Do everything you can each day, to find your truth and your true passion and purpose in life.  And once you find that - stand proud in it, no matter how difficult, as your personal truth will always lead you exactly where you need to be.

I've been an advisor & coach for over 25 years and have had the privilege of working with many hundreds of individuals and leaders to help them become more self aware, more in tune with their innate gifts, skills and talents, more in sync with themselves and others, and be and be more confident, courageous and connected to their true purpose.  

I set up my own consultancy in Dublin in 1997 advising technology start-ups & fast growth firms in Ireland, the UK & the US particularly firms specialising in the internet & ecommerce.  After a few years, I expanded my work to the design sector, working with creative leaders globally across architecture, interiors, branding & digital/AI.  My specialism is working with outward looking firms who want to grow, change & improve, as well as individuals who want to explore who they are and their true path to meaning, happiness & success.

I care passionately about the people & firms I work with.  I feel it's a true privilege to be able to play a part in their growth and development on their journey towards greater understanding, learning & connection.

My style is informal and organic – I do  not follow a set process.  I am an intuitive coach and rely on my  listening skills, experience and innate ability to connect very quickly  to people, to help determine what style and approach is best to  get to where they need to be.
